Yeah, it's not a good idea to map a drive to the data directory, but it can be done!

Open iSeries Navigator (I ASSuME you're using Client Access to connect to the 400) - expand the server -> Basic Operations -> Printer Output
If you don't see your spoolfile listed, Right Click 'Printer Output' - a dialog will open, choose 'Current User', 'All Output Queues', 'All' for everything else. Once you find your spoolfile, you can drag and drop it to your PC.
